I was on my way to work this morning and traffic was horrible. I saw three of four lanes on the highway blocked off with fire trucks, ambulances, police, and a coroner. As I drove by, I saw a Harley mangled to shit. There was a yellow sheet covering a body next to it with torn clothes hanging out from under it. I started getting tons of phone calls from buddies making sure I was ok since that's my direct route to work. It was on the radio and they didn't disclose what type of bike it was. Everyone was a little freaked out. It really makes you think about the risk we all take as riders. Everyone, PLEASE, be safe out there and wear all of your gear at all times. I'm sure it was just another ride to work for this guy and now his life's over. He could have been wearin' a brain bucket but I don't know the specifics. I'll watch the news tonight and update you guys with any new info. RIP to the unknown rider.
