If anyone is stumbling over this for old times sake (lol): Temporarily out of the bike scene until I get some money saved back up, heh, sold my baby today.. Sad day! But I'll always be looking for the next one, haha.

A lot of the regulars left, stopped posting, or whatever. There are quite a few of the same people around tho. SRAD600, JP, Chaney300 (C3K), Dangles. OIF was banned. That's about all the changes really. The newer members...well, some of them stick around to post, others are just here to whore it up, and the rest only come when theres an issue. Just like the old days.

If you have to sneak it on one of the things I've learned is to find out which beers they actually sell and take one of those brands. Taking something they don't sell, like bottles, will only cause problems. Most places allow coolers anyway, and I've only been to 2 golf courses that were d-bags about bringing your own beer.

Also, check Ebay for golf balls. You can normally get whatever brand you want for really cheap. Some retirees go out and find other peoples lost golf balls and then sell them. I used to get Nike Juice's (when they were awesome), 60 balls for $30-ish. It'll save you a ton of money since you're probably more prone to losing 4-6 balls per round. When you only lose 1 or 2 per 18, then it's ok to buy a dozen from a local store.

Nothing set for a 2013 meet...I don't know what's going on in regards to a '14 meet. I would definitely consider making the drive for one however. The Binghamton meet was a blast.

Congrats on the boards, and golf! I've been a golfer for the better part of 20 years. And after all this time, I'm still only some-what decent, but am really freaking awesome at driving the cart and drinking beers!

I'm still around, but I don't ride much these days.. I hate riding around Houston, it's awful. I hope all is well for you, brother. Stay safe out there and good luck with school!

Found some good deals being winter.. Gonna see if my bank will give me a small loan with half down. If not, I'll have one in Feb. Last Winter I was riding in Feb so I'm hoping this one will be light too. How are things with you? I'm working full time and considered full time student as well. Shits been crazzzyy over here

Sold the bike back in March, was having a lot of problems with it and I made good money off of her.

I'll probably pick up another one in February. Wait til the 06/07s go down in price and pick me up something for dirt cheap..

    I definitely miss riding though.

Ah bout time dude, looks much better haha. Lately the times have been pretty good to me. Got a new girl (july) and loving spending time with her, she likes to go for rides haha. Although haven't had all the time in the world to ride. My classes have me pretty phuckin busy even though they're real stupid. Just want to be done with it. New ride is amazing but it's so much power in the turns, use to just WOT in the turns with the sixxer now I actually have to pay attention  you been riding a lot?

Nope, nothing new.. The next thing that I plan to do is a 750 swap, but I'm beginning to have some reservations about going there. I've really started riding her the way she was designed to and as it is I have a blast. The only time I really want the 750 power is when I'm riding with my gf and the 600 just doesn't really cut it. I'd also like black 750 forks :D I really dig Bry's retrofit too, I dunno if I'm motivated enough to do it though. Another thing that's kept me from doing any more upgrades (new seats or bar ends or case savers) is that my gf's unemployment ran out so she's been depending on me for money and I've had to pick up all the bills in the house. So that's been tight, but she's working now and eventually I'll be able to spend money on my baby again!
