I just witness the worst accident ever old lady was turning into Wendy's and didn't have the light and hit a motorcycle this guy flew in the air and landed about 70 feet away from the accident

Sheesh... Stuff like this always makes me cringe. The worst wreck I've ever seen involved a teenager texting and driving around a blind curve when she went over the center line and clipped a guy on his Harley... I don't think he made it..

Right of way? If you are not crippled, and the offender driver HAS insurance- then great.
Be prepared for anything to happen, not just when you have right of way.
