TPS/STVA no clue at this point

When I am accelerating hard like entering the freeway or passing or racing when I get to around 10k rpm my bike blips or sputters causing a quick jerking during hard acceleration with higher rpm. Once I let off the throttle or level out my acceleration it stops. My tps is adjusted in the correct spot the only F1 code is for my exhaust actuator cuz I have aftermarket on there. Any ideas thoughts brainstorming would help!!

I’d start with a bench test on the tps with a multi meter for dead spots. Next I’d clean my gas tank fuel pump/filter.

Sounds more like fuel starvation. The most common cause are dirty fuel filters.

The pumps are pretty robust, but if the filter/s are clean there is a pressure and flow test in the service manual that should be done.

If there's no code, the STVA and STPS are fine. You need to do a fuel delivery test:

I would do the fuel pump pressure and flow check. If you nicked the fuel pump 0-rings when you replaced the pump, it will cause the same issue.

You did use new O-rings?

I have nicked the 0 ring before where the pump connects to the housing, I could not beleive I did it when I took it apart the 2nd time! Turns out the nicked 0 ring or the pump was not my issue in the first place but it’s not hard to nick a 0 ring .

There are some great vids on you tube to bench a test a tps with a multi meter it’s not hard, it does not have to be on a gsxr I think the vid I learned how to do it from was a ford van they all pretty much work the same.

Sometimes it does make a strange clicking sound but usually after a longer ride when it's still hot
