Gsxr 1000 k5/6

Hi guys
What is the signal cable to tacho for rpm reading?
I have been reading rpm from cam sensor but it has quite a bad resolution.
I need to know what revs with some resolution, doing a stand alone pit limiter and qs, qs has worked so far but as it is not rpm conditioned it will do the cut at any revs and also,would like to group the kill times

I'm pretty sure that the CKP sends it's signal direct to the ECM and the ECM sends the tach data to the cluster over the serial data line.

I would need to see how I get a better result to my serial,running from a br of 9600 to 115200 and not clean results

Quick question
What are the main differences between a k6 and a k7 engine?
Is the engine block and cams degree the same?
-tb are different
-injectors
-some sensors...etc
Need to know if bore/stroke is the same
If the cam timing is the same as k6
Crank?

My understanding on the major difference between k6 and k7, k7 the block is heavier its thicker, most of the top end ex. Heads intake etc will bolt on . I’ve never tried swapping parts. Don’t quote me.
