07 gsxr 750 rev problem

Hello.

My dad has a crosskart with gsxr 750 k7 engine.
The problem with it is that he can't get it to rev more than around 11-12k

Coils tested, new plugs, new fuel, fuelpump/filter and hoses are good

I've never had a mc engine so i don't know anything about them

Here is 2 videos

Welcome.

Fuel restrictions are the main reason for being unable to reach full power. Being a custom project I have no idea what you are using for a fuel pump and supply.

A description of what it does when it gets to 11-12k would be helpful.

That thing looks pretty cool! I hope you figure out the issue like John said fuel issues , what are you using to measure the rpm a factory Suzuki cluster or where it’s wired too?

Bosch fuel pump and mahle filter, fuel pressure doesnt drop when you rev it, dont know if it drops while driving but he cant check that since the gauge is in the back

It "stutters?" when driving, don't know if thats the right word but you can hear it in both videos
