Gsxr 1000k6 to k7 ....worth it?

Hi guys
I am working on a possible transformation for a k6 wiring and ecu swap for a k7 one.
Reason? I have more options available in that ecu and also fast data available for data.
I know that some sensors like cam is different (from 2 to 3 wires) just by changing the sensor would work? Has someone done a similar mod?
The ecu will have obviously the correct info for the k6

Thanks

Sounds ambitious

What kinds of things are you doing with the data?

K5 1000 - ECU Flash; Manual CCT, K&N, Yoshi Muffler, Ti Midpipe; Q3+ 190/55 rear; 520 chain -1/+1; GP Shifting

Well, with that ecu I have more options to work with and also a br of 50.000 compared to 10300 (I think it was a br 10300 from factory) allowing faster work and results to be thrown on tests
