Just found a used full yoshi r77d system on ebay. I can't really afford to buy now but I bid anyways, hopefully no one outbids me on it.

On the 16' model the signals are built into the sides of the rear tail section. No need to integrate anything. Thus why I was confused. But thanks anyways.

I just got all these parts in and then some.... I would highly recommend as well if you are looking to enhance aesthetics. I havent't decided what color to powdercoat yet though.... I got the case saver kit, engine plug kit, oil filler cap, bar ends & sliders (can't color), and the mirror block off plates, was iffy on that steering stem nut though if I ever take it in for service. still debating on the axle blocks as well.

Did you win the auction? Let me know, I found same one listed on ebay and has 1 bid. Might be looking at the same one.

Right on man, hope you win it. I won't bid on it. Tempting though . I really don't like the Akrapovic exhaust that came on my L5600 when I got it.

I've lived here two different times over the last 11 years. Love it for the most part aside from the 2-3 months in summer I can't ride. If for some reason you decide you don't want to afford that exhaust let me know. I saw there were 2 days left or so.... I'll outbid you, haha!

Do not powder coat them. I repeat ... DO NOT POWDER COAT THEM BRONZE/GOLD!!! I learned the hard way.

Take them to a place that can anodize them. You will be happier. TRUST me!. Unless of course you were able to get them already in the bronze color for your bike. They discontinued them for mine.

Never thought about that. All the parts I got were the works edition grey which is pretty much a flat dark dark grey. I wasn't gonna do bronze. Was gonna probably make them red. The bronze would look good on the OP's bike though.

The auction just ended, and yes I got it for the starting bid! So stoked. It's coming from California, so it could be over a week before I see it. But now I need to find a PC5... I couldn't afford to buy the exhaust, so I really can't afford the tuning yet. I may just have to wait to put it on..

I will most likely throw it on with a basic danos ecu flash to get going. after looking closer at there website, it may be all I really need. They even have a quickshifter kit. And the pricing is unbeatable.

I went ahead and purchased the Reflash. Now I just need to find the ECU so I can send it out. Where is it located on the bike? I am also doing the pair valve delete, do you have any experience with that?

Nevermind I found the ecu rather quickly. Right in front of the air box.

Went ahead and pulled the exhaust. Also getting ready to start removing the exhaust valve actuator and the pair valve

So for anyone who might be wondering what the later model PAIR valve setup looks like, here it is. It no longer has a small vacuum line connected to the throttle bodies, it is electronically controlled. So there are only 3 hoses connected. There also do not appear to be any reed valves anymore, its just 2 nipples sticking out of the top of the valve cover. So its very basic, if you want to remove it entirely, just pull it out and then install 3 rubber cap plugs where the hoses were, 2 on the top of the valve cover, and 1 on the underside of front right corner of the airbox. For now I am simply going to install 1 rubber plug at the airbox port and see how it works out.

Now after doing my research I noticed there is also a mod to connect the crankcase breather hose to the 2 ports at the top of the valve cover in order to create negative pressure in the crankcase. I would like someone who has more experience with this to chime in as to wether its a good idea or not. I would imagine that this could create an issue with oil consumption since it would so freely vent oil mist out of the exhaust.

Still waiting for my exhaust to show up, but I already got my ECU back from Dano's Performance. I have to say, their turn around time was amazing and the customer service was great. So far I would highly recommend them for your ecu flashing needs. At $95 shipped, you can't beat that price. Especially since the local shop wanted $450...

Yes, tailored to a late model 750 with Yoshimura. I will see how it runs. If it doesn't feel just right I will get Dyno tune. But right now o just couldn't afford it.

Oh hell yes. The exhaust showed up today. I will admit, I first made the mistake of not reading the installation instructions because it seemed pretty straight forward... I installed the yoshi system using the original header crush gaskets. WRONG. The bottom edge of the radiator hits the headers. I guess you are supposed to install the header with no gaskets for clearance. My bad, so I did it over again and installed system with no gaskets, still hits. WTF. So I just installed a 1/2 billet spacer on the lower radiator mount so it would clear the headers. Got it fired up and it sounds amazing. I am still yet to reinstall the fairings, but it should be done tomorrow. Hoping I don't have any fitment issues with the radiator being spaced out at the bottom..

Yeah the 750s need a longer bracket on a radiator so the Yoshi headers clear .

sorry for the delay. Here's the pics of it all done. I love it. The sound is great. It runs great with the dano's flash. I feel it could still benefit from a dyno tune, but theres really no need to rush into that. I dont get and popping at all. All around this was an excellent upgrade.

I finally got a chance to take the bike out and open it up last night. It felt really great, and very smooth. It may not be a big hp gain when looking at the numbers, but it made a big difference in how the bike accelerates. I saw very big numbers on my dash in much less distance than was previously required. It feels like the bike it always should have been. Highly recommend Full system and Dano's Performance flash.

I havnt been on since I was last posted. Just replied to your other thread, I am the same way, I love how the bike handles with my flash and such. its probably 95% dialed in. The other few percent just isnt worth the effort to me tbh. I have -1 down front sprocket + danos flash= perfect.

Glad you like it, I did pair valve removal or whatever. No backfiring or anything, Not sure if you did it yet. I removed it all, cleaned up the spark plug engine area a lot.

Only last mod i'd recommend as a daily rider, is a SpeedoDRD.. its 70 bucks bro. but, I have my speedo dialed in 99% on purpose. I left the last 1% so when I am going 70 on dash, im actually going 69 gave me little buffer room so the local cops wont mess around with me. The stock speedo with -1 in front is off quite a bit ontop of it being off from factory.

Yea, I am +2 in the back. It's close to your setup. I just plugged the pair setup and disabled it with the flash. Also disabled the o2 and the exhaust valve obviously. I also get no exhaust popping. I do get a little minor crackle on decel at very low rpms, but I actually like that. Lowered the cooling fan temp which is also very nice. I was riding next to my buddy on his stock s1000rr last night and my bike was within 1mph of his at normal city speeds, so im ok with that. anything higher than that and I'm breaking the law regardless so it really doesnt matter lol. the cops dont care if its 120 or 170, your screwed.

Since you guys are all doing Dano's flash, are you also purchasing a new steering damper or did you request to have that function not removed?

I like the idea of the variable damper that comes on the bike, so I chose to keep the stock damper active. Dano's just left that part alone. They call you to verify what all you do or do not want to change. They were very professional through the whole process, and it was all done lightning fast.

All good. I was legitimately curious as to whether they reach out to you to ensure that they only remove what you want. That being said, I actually have a Bauce Racing dyno tune + flash. Cool stuff with our ECUs, they can enable launch control and pit speed limiter.

Snapped a nice pic of Black Betty before taking her out all day for a good ol' flogging. I have a new Zero Gravity double bubble smoked windscreen on the way, and also a motion pro R1 throttle tube.
