Is my clutch slipping...

Ok, I have a k7 Gsxr 600. -1/+2 gearing. I can clutch up the bike effortlessly in 2nd gear only for the first like 15 minutes on the bike. After cruising around for so long, even just simple as 6th gear cruising, i try to clutch up in 2nd and the bike will not even go up an inch. Just makes a whining sound

Bike pulls hard in all gears with no signs of slipping.

So pretty much I can do standup 2nd gear wheelies all day as long as its the first 15 minutes im on my bike. So not sure if it really is a clutch problem or me problem...

my first season and just learned these so need some advice, otherwise im just gonna blow money on a new clutch and hope it solves my issue.
