Your going to have to play with it. But you want it to squat some at the launch to help when your slipping out the clutch, and then you want it to be coming up through your 60 foot and finish rebounding right when you get through there. Easiest thing to do is set it halfway at the adjustment and then see which way you need to go. As far as the forks go, your going to want them to compress normally so you don't have any issues if you come down from a major wheelie at speed. I pulled a 9' o'clock wheelie off the Line at MIR in Maryland and having the forks not too stiff saved me when I set it back down. You are going to have to test it and see, start in the middle of your adjustment settings and adjust one thing at a time until you don't shave off anymore time. That's my experience, I'd try to see what the Penske guys are doing with their shocks and the same idea should work for the stock shock.
