It pays to shop around

I've decided to use Mobil 1 Racing 4T on my upcoming oil change.

Wal Mart = $9.97 qt
Amazon = $17.99 qt

Amazon is not always the cheapest. They will say "free shipping" but just build the hazmat into the price of the product.

$9.19 at Pep Boys. But you normally have to order it online and pick it up the next day. It's prudent to check that's it's in but I seem to recall that they send you an email or call you when it arrives.

They also have the Mobil-1 M1MC-133 filter, the only non-Suzuki oil filter that I'd use. But they hide it - no idea why. Here it is.

It's going to be soo good to have BillV lurking and posting around this forum. Don't leave us Bill!

And for those in the Brew City area- Milwaukee- there is no Pep Boys. Oh well I get the Moil 1 4T and a good filter elsewhere myself.

Great info though Bill, thanks for the heads up, I'll be looking for that filter now, I haven't used that one yet on me bike.
