New to the forum

Hello everyone! I’m new to the forum, but definitely not new to GSXR’S. I’ve owned several of them throughout the yrs. started in 99 with a 600 then graduated to a 750 in 01 another 750 in 03 a 1000 in 04 and just recently got my hands on a near perfect K6 1000 with just over 8K on the odometer! Just wanted to say hello and that I’m looking forward to what all this forum has to offer.

Super nice looking find and a good choice. The 2005-2006 GSX-R1000 are some of the best GSX-R's ever made even to this day.

If you don't mind me asking what you give for it. Thanks man!

Thanks! Yeah those are my absolute favorite years! I paid right at 5k for it. The seller also let his jacket, chest and spine protector, gloves, helmet and bike cover go with the bike.

There is an "edit" button at the bottom of the post that I think is available for about a month. After that, your typos are forever burned into the interweb.

Thank you for the info. I’m ocd about that kind of stuff. Went back and fixed them both.

Really nice bike, nice find- especially with the gear too- great price.

What city was it in?

Ride 2 up a lot, hence the hand ring on the tank?

Love the bike, personally not a fan of the probably louder pipe, or the mirror change though. To each his own..

Stay safe brother
