New Rider

Hey Everyone,

My name is Danillo and I recently bought a 2011 GSX R 600. I live in CT been riding for many years but on dirt bikes but recently decided to give sport bikes a try. So far so good. the GSX R is very comfortable and I am not the tallest guy but it lets me plant my feet on the ground. Still getting used to the steering and getting. The bike is great and sounds amazing.

I have one question, I am a skinny dude and my wife cannot ride with me since there is no where to hold on to. I do not fill up the whole seat which makes it harder for her to hold on since I am farther up.

Welcome, congrats on the new ride. Pics of said steed please! Always up for some bike porn.

My 2010 simply had a strap across the front of the rear seat pad for the passenger to hold on to. I never thought it was a good option.

Jason Pridmore? Has hand holds on the tank to give fast rides at his school.
Might be worth looking into but it would have to be done right.

Welcome. Nice looking bike.

^ What Winchester Boy said. Google "motorcycle passenger grab handle fuel tank"
