where the hell are you hiding three ballasts!!! lol this is my major issue. Im going to purchase the kit from gixxerboys.com the 6000k, all three bulbs and ballasts for $200.00, but im clueless as to where im going to hide the ballasts. HELP lol. also how difficult is the actual install, like getting to the headlamp housings and getting everything functioning and plugged in. and also, what is a position light, the little LED above the single low beam?

Everything installed in the pix DOES NOT need a ballast. The only one that needs a ballast is the low beam HID which is still on it's way and i haven't installed. When you get the high beam lights, they're just regular 9005 bulbs that you replace with your stock ones and you get the result in the picture.

Yes, the position light is that little one above the low beam and honestly was the hardest to change because after you remove the cluster and the plug you have to reach in with a 1 year old's hand to grab the rubber seal and pull it out. If you pull on the wires it should be ok and still get it out.. Don't take my word for it because I was paranoid about pulling the wire so I used a clamper to reach in and get it out.

Difficulty of 1 - 10 i'd say 3.... 4 if you don't know what a screw driver is also given you actually read your manual. It will tell you step by step instructions. On my k8 600 manual it was page 7-44

I want to change my tail light bulb too its yellow so I gotta order that If you can't figure it out hit me up man

same here

you get true HID low/high beams for $99 which is a steal to me. They are quality digital ballasts, not some cheap crap and they are roughly the size of a pack of cigarettes. I only replaced the low side and I mounted my ballast in between the inner cowl and the outer fairing on the left side of the bike. It is a tight fit but it fits perfectly. The other ballast could easily be put in the other fairing in the same place.

I don't need no instructions to know how to rock!

I wouldn't get HID's for the high beams. You can't flash them because of that second they take to kick in.

Yeah I didn't I just replaced the bulb. You're right about the HID taking time to flash though that would defeat the purpose of having high beams other than having them on while you're cruising. These flash just like the stock ones and look great.

Did you install a relay? If you don't they can do wierd things to your bike.
