Looking for a shop

I'm in need of getting my 97' 750 going again. It has been sitting for about a year and will only turn over but not run. The last place that worked on it was High Five Cycles in Dallas, which is now out of business. They changed out my jets and cleaned the carbs. The only problem is that the choke never worked after that so I can't choke the bike now to try to help it start, it just floods the carbs. Tired is shit mechanics. Anyone know of a shop that will work on a 97 and not scratch the piss out of it?
