scratches

My bike and ego are both dinged up right now. I was looking behind me and didn’t see a 1.5 ft tall median ahead of me. My bike slide and I rolled. My bike was perfect. No scratches or anything. Now I have damage. Whats the best and cheapest way to get this fixed ?? This couldve been a lot...
