I had issues with my throttle body so i replaced it with a used one on ebay. on the one i bought, the secondary butterfly valves seems to have a sticking point when i manually open them with the ingnition off. This happens around 3/4 open. anyone know if this normal?

YA pretty sure mine did that, turn on your ignition and they should go back in the right spot.
