Then you should be getting power at the fuel pump relay on O/W. In a nutshell, at the fuel pump relay, both the O/W and R/Bl wires should have 12V when the bike is ready to run. Y/R is only energized when Y/B is grounded. Typically grounded by the ECM.

Since you aren't getting voltage at the relay, I would check the plug between the switch pod and harness. Probe the O/W wire on the harness side of the connector to make sure it's not just a bad connection. If you've got 12V there, but not at the relay, you have a bad wire. You could just bypass it, but I would recommend tracing it out to find the real problem.

Gear position switch. It turns the neutral light on and also is a condition for the side stand safety relay to actuate and allow the bike to start and run. Easy check. Is the neutral light on in neutral?
FIXED!
Turn out the kill switch assembly was bad. Had someone parting out a bike and got one same day. Tried to crank it battery was dead. Jumped it and started and ran with no problems. O/W wire had a break somewhere in those 2 feet of wire.

Glad you got it fixed. By the "2 feet of wire" do you mean the harness off of the ignition switch?
