i have a 05 gsxr 600 and so i was wondering, for the 05 gsxr 1000 fairings, do all the holes match up and mount straight up? of course planning on getting the 05 1000 06-07 headlight, but does everything else mount up correctly? thanks

I doubt hardley anything would match up. The 05 1000 is a newer generation of bike than the 05 600. And what do you mean by an 05 1000 06-07 headlight? On the 1000 the 05-06 and 07-08's are diffrent.

the frames are diffrent on 600 and 1000

really diffrent and that year of the 1000 05 06 had a frame recall

im not talking about the 1000. im talking about 07 600 and 750. the headlights are different than 08 600 1000. not sure if you guys read what i asked, but im talking bout the fairings itself and headlights. clear?

1000: 01-02 / 03-04 / 05-06 / 07-08 / 09-??
750: 00-03 / 04-05 / 06-07 / 08-09
600: 01-03 / 04-05 / 06-07 / 08-09

The only time the 1000 body was easily interchangeable with 600/750 was in its 01-02 model. After that the 1000 has been one generation/year ahead of the of the 600/750 bikes, and has NOT shared identicle body work/headlight/frame.

i was wondering since 05 1000 is still an 05. i know of course the headlights are different but wasn't sure bout the fairings and such. thanks

The generation matters more than just the year. 05 1000 is a newer generation than an 05 600/750. 03-04 1000 fairings would be a better match to an 05 600, not sure if they would be a direct replacement thou, kinda doubt it. No idea about the seat. The 05 1000 is more similar to the newer bikes, 05+, where as your 05 600 has more in common with the older bikes, 00-05. The seat may fit thou, hard to say really.

The 04-05 600's and 750's are nearly exactly the same. So yes that 05 750 seat will fit perfect.
