Hi,
I was looking for feedback on makeing a casesaver that would fit around the front sprocket to keep the chain from flying into the crankcase if it were to break. There is a need for these in mini sprint racing and I was curious if the street rider would want these as well. It would take some slight modifying of sprocket cover (two notches and a shortened leg) but most people could do this with a hacksaw and die grinder. It would be machined out of aluminum and I would price it around $80 with detailed installation instructions and if people wanted me to modify their sprocket cover, I could do it for another $20. I am wondering if it would be worth the time to write the CNC program and make some or not. Any and all input would be helpful.
Thanks,
Brandon
