Hey everyone hope all is well,
Last week my wife and I decided to switch to 2008 GSXR 750. My wife bought the Blue and White and I bought the Black and orange. I don't have any pics yet but should have some by the end of next week. I have a question, how exactly do you tell how much gas you have? I have scanned through the manual but can't find anything. Pls let me know Thanks.
Also, we need some frame sliders, any recommendations? I like the carbon fiber look and so does my wife.

not sure about the 08 750 but on my 09 600...the gas light starts blinking when .5 gallons are in the tank..then stay on when i think .3 gallons or something...but i usually just reset my odometer and judge by that...when the light starts blinking i get gas..

+1...the second that light comes on, I haul my ass to the gas station. I don't ever want to walk my bike a few blocks...:headshake
The light starts blinking when 1 galon is left and becomes steady at half a galon. So no need to "haul ass" to your nearest station as you still have 30-40 more miles to go.

u should of got 2 different bikes so u can switch up once in a while. but i'd go with vortex frame sliders, they saved my bike once already, just dont get alumminum puck. and the gas thing, not so sure i just get gas when the light comes on.

:thumbup:

I second this...

Blinking = 1 gallon.
Solid = 1/2 gallon.

Get it, got it, good.
