as the title says, 2009 GSXR no start. good fuel pressure at the rail, plus power to everything on the motor.

cam and crank sensors test good.

battery is brand new.

this car was in a wreck and hasn't started since. tip over sensor was taken apart and the little wheel inside was removed.

I have found and fixed multiple broken wires.

I have a C60 code, but the fan runs on its own circuit away from the ECU.

Im currently thinking its the ECU that took a dump, but looking for input on what else to check before dropping $400 on an ebay ecu

Adding info: found pin 16 to have no power, but fuses are good. No pin 17...i think it was 16 and 17 were power??

Bypass TOS, connect all 3 wires together dash shows "CHEC" with them off C23 C60 codes.

In the black plug found the orange and white wire pushed out of position, along with a blue wire in the middle row.

White plug was good.

Connecting the 3 wires of the TOS together is probably not good for the ECU.

Use the search bar and type in how to bypass TOS. There should be examples.
I've seen the 150watt resistor work around with the sensor. Figured just putting them together would at least get the motor to start haha i ordered the resistors today

OK. I thought you said you only had the C60 in your first post. But if you have the C23 as well,
then you will have to test the TOS sensor and the wiring. Because it could be wiring.

Connecting the 3 wires together is not a good idea because you're shorting out the
5v reference circuit.

Alright big steps today: got the TOS figured out...i removed the grey wheel inside and the code went away with it wired up properly to the sensor.

I have 41 psi of fuel at my regulator.

I do have spark from coil 1 or 4 not sure which it would be...which ever coil is inline with the chain sprocket.

So it seems the injectors arent firing

Another update: pulled the yellow/red wire off the black evu plug, 0.0v with "key on" at the ecu. Put 12v to the wire, and i got the motor to cough. Pops code c41, fuel pump relay. So i think i might have a work around, have that wire connected, and run a 12v tap inline to that wire...

Thoughts? I will say i highly do not recommend doing this to a motorcycle lmao

Have you checked the FUEL fuse?

I always thought that if you have a C41, then the ecu will not run the injectors? But I could be
wrong on this.

Instead of pulling wires at the ecu, why not check the voltage at the fuel pump relay first?
Or even test the relay? On the bikes the fuel pump relay and the cooling fan relay are interchangeable.
Not sure on the car though.

I think i found the fuel pump relay, but nothing is marked lol i have power through the fuse box, all fuses test good. The 1 4pin relay i found i did a continuity test on, and nothing beeped between the pins...not 100% sure how to test a 4 pin relay though

When you pulled the Yellow/Red wire at the ecu, that is the wire the ecu uses to check that the
fuel pump relay is on. So of course you will get a C41 if you disconnect it there. You will only have 12v on that wire when the initial 3 second fuel pump primes and when the engine is cranking/running.

So plug everything back in, including the relay.

When you turn the ignition switch ON, the fuel pump should prime for 3 seconds. Can you hear
the fuel pump prime? Check out some youtube vids if you are unsure how it should sound.

On this car the fuel pump and coolant fan are on their own dedicated circuits. Im thinking the fuel relay is no good and I'm going to tear the harness apart to try and find it tonight. Might just buy a new 4 pin relay because of the c60 code for the coolant relay being bad.

Currently the only code is C60. I have gotten everything else fixed.

As for the TOS bypass, i took the sensor apart and removed the grey wheel inside of the housing. I did not have one with the metal ring like i see online with some bikes.
