I purchased these a few months ago. So far I love them. They breath really well and i'm in Arizona, so I get to deal with the heat. So far they are great in the heat!

I also bought a pair a month ago. The grip on the clutch fingers came off, but that can't really be stopped. Like Crafty said, they breath well, I live in FL.

They didn't have a perfect fit for me new, so I bught a pair of larges. I kind of wish I bought mediums, like my friend has, because I am sure with the humidity down here, they would break into my size, so I have to suffer with a centimeter of play at the tips.

The price is well worth it, but if you can't afford these, Frank Thomas has a pair just like them, which another friemd of mine has, and they are about 1/2 the price. I didn't get them because the sizes different, and the palm area seemed to be more snug than the AlpineStars.

yeah overall they are great gloves! i have the same ones for my new bike. On my old ones, the left glove leather had some wear and tear from stress on using the clutch.. but that's gonna happen.

when i got in my accident the carbon fiber knuckles saved my hands.. (see photo) but my thumb knuckle still bothers me from "lack" of protection..

I have these as well. I wont get them again. The figure grip has come off of them and there is a hole at the tip of my left index finger. They wore out faster than I expected. My Joe Rocket gloves from before were cheaper, same quality and lasted longer. I actually had the Frank Thomas gloves in my hand today and was about to buy but already had a large bill and put them down. I pretty sure I will pick them up. About half the price ($40) and look identical in material and stiching.

I have them, from pulling them off my hand the top little hole fabric is ripping. The fingers frayed and are getting holes in them. The grips on the hands are long gone..

They break in a size bigger too :/ In Florida.

Yeah, I bought a pear of these gloves as well and the palm ripped and the fingers started to lose the tips.... I do a ton of wheelies, but still these things shouldn't break that easily :S

I had these glove and liked them, Untill I had an unfortunate run in with a 4 legged furry friend. Gloves did not hold up too well against the ground, shredded off my hands and it wasn't a pretty sight. Lost most of the skin on my right palm and took about 3 and a half months for it to totally heal. I will only wear full leather gloves from here on out and full leathers.
