which is better? is one better at one thing than the other? i was told that K&N is no good. however a buddy has one on hhis r6 and he said he can tell a difference.. is that just because the r6 reacts to it different than the gsxr? oh i have an 04 gsxr 600..

the stock filter real good, I run a BMC though got it for the same price as a stock one.

yeah but changing from the stock air filter to a k&n or bmc filter NOT the race ones can you tell a difference in the bike at all.

Very lil if any. The reason I got one is for the re- use purpose. clean and re charge it and ur good to go
