this may sound really dumb.. here goes.. i have a K2 600, i know i can do bolt-on.. but for me to be able to have a slip-on, i have to cut the pipe..?? is it really like that? coz when i checked out my pipe it looks like that there's been some welding done so i don't know if that's stock.. coz i used to have a 96 yzf600 and there's a cut already (stock) so you can just slip it on.. so i guess my question is, is it really one piece from header to the can or the previous owner welded it? thanks!

pipe that is between the header and the bolt on...or is it just a straight pipe from the header to your can, i am not familiar with your bike...:hmmm:
that's what i thought but had to ask just to be sure..
there's a mid-pipe.. the welded part that im talking about is right after the header before the mid-pipe.. so i don't know if its like that stock.. but there's slip-on exhausts for K2600 right? that what throws me off..
