So there i was dreaming about flashing my ecu with the bren tune, I got my $700 together and electronically sent it to them. They accepted it and sent me a tracking number. I track it and for the last four days it says label created check back tomorrow. So i attempt to contact them and all i get is an automated message informing me the entire business is at a wedding from 9-4 to 9-12 and they will probably maybe look at my order then but no sooner. What do you peeps think about that? Should i be pissed or is this the future of socialist America and customer service?

Did they send you a shipping label so you can send them your ecu to flash & now they're waiting for you to ship it to them? btw I don't know what a "bren tune" is but $700 seems awfully high for a ecu flash.

Product comes as a handheld tuner and the 700 includes the sprint air filter

Wow up to 50HP added and up to 25% more power at peak rpm's

Some pretty lofty claims for an electronic mod that isn't even tuned to your specific bike configuration.

Update! Well after 3 more emails and 10 days total my product is on its way. Should show up on my doorstep this coming wednesday. I am saddend by the death of even reasonable customer service, but even more unfortunate is the fact that this is one of our smallest worries in the era of hijacked elections and completly out of control government. Good luck and godspeed my fellow two wheelers!
