If you're going to stunt it then just get a CBR. No one gives a shit if you break a CBR but if you want a nice, shiny race-ready bike then GSXR all the way.

good for u man. but i wont suggest a cbr, the get recalls all the time, right now they have clutch defect recalls, believe me , i work in a honda-yamaha dealership. if going with other than gixxer, i would go with an r1 .

if u're so sick for the cbr, go for it, but make sure all the recalls are up to date and check the mail for the next recall.

i don't really like how the CBR looks, its to bulky the gixxer is sleek and grabs people attention. at least mine does/did.

I've never rode before and I just got 2x 08' GSXR-600's one for me and one for the fiance and she has never rode before. I can honestly say they have been amazing for a first bike, I've rode a friends cbr and don't like the feel its mainly preference what you like. You seeking looks, performance or overall.

I've been on dirt bikes for years and rode before just never had my own, her on the other hand never rode before. We have frame sliders and swingarm sliders but I do agree. If we ever dump god forbid I have plenty of money to get new ones. My company will just pay for them business expense lol
