I go to my local track last Thursday night with the girlfriend just to hang out,relax and enjoy the entertainment.I didn't have anything to work on and I didn't tell any of my buds I was going to be there.I just wanted to go and be a spectator.The girlfriend considers this to be quality time :thumbup:.While there I find out they're doing this now:

Every other Tuesday is a bike only test n tune night here.Saturday is regular NHRA division 3 bracket racing.There's a regular drag bike class and now the street bike class.I'm excited about it because delay boxes are allowed on the drag bikes.Street bike class competitors aren't allowed to use them.Using a delay box to me,is like taking your sister to the prom.Yeah,you're there but did you really accomplish anything?I feel like most of the skill of drag racing a bike is the starting line and first 100 feet.

Kil Kare is about 45 minutes away from me, ive been trying to make it to a 2 wheel tuesday for a while

TWT is a good time, went twice last year. Closer to sea level than my home track, bike seemed to have more low end grunt (pulled my fat ass outta the hole better). Shorter shut down than I was used to but I was warned before I went so not suprized by it. If you're on the brakes directly after the traps you'll be ok. Stay in the grove, if you stray be ready to spin. Worth the trip definately...
