Welcome.

No replies for hours so I'm guessing no one here has done this.

Why don't you try to install it and post up the results? After all, anything can be made to fit with enough time and $$$.

Will the extended swing arm on a 2011 GSXR 600 work for a 2005 GSXR 600
Hi there. I'm assuming that you then have a stock swing arm K5 600?

My advice? Don't do it! If it fits or not. This is just IMHO.

I guess technically if the part numbers for the OEM swing arms on both models are the same it should bolt on with no problem. Beyond that those bikes are a two or three generations apart there and there could be a lot of differences between those model years. You would may find brake mounts, fender clearances, rear shock length, dog bones, chain guards and undertail clearance may cause issues.

I am assuming an extended swing arm is gonna mean longer brake lines and chain so that you can work out but the rest is a complete guess. Like John said, give it a shot and let us know.
