im trying to find a "flasher" i think what im looking for is something to redo the stock ecu,

For bikes it's called the Power Commander, or Bazzaz. They are reprogrammers that go inline with the factory ECU and alter the signals to control fuel delivery.

Factory Pro makes a unit that you plug in to the stock ECU, ride around and adjust the ratio as you go. When your done, you unplug it and there is no add on like the PC.

Well, no, those are ECU add-ons, they don't actually alter the factory ECU. Probably a safer choice than an actual ECU reflash.

Yes. The danger in it is that if you manage to lose your stock map, you're kind of hosed if you end up with an unusable one. I think there are a couple of companies that make ECU reflash units.
