I have a brand new, never been installed H9 HID kit. It includes the bulb, all wires/harness, and a slim digital ballast. I purchased a dual bulb kit from starrotors but I am only going to run my low beam HID.

I would like to get $60 shipped for it.

I can throw up pics if you guys want to see them.
