bought a pair of HID lights for my bike, but I don't plan on using the high beam bulb/ballast. This is completely brand new as I took it out of the box to get my low beam bulb/ballast out and then put it back in the box. The ballast is a digital slim, waterproof ballast.

I would like to get $55 shipped.
