No if top only. Different offset (32 vs 30 mm).

P.S. As best I know, the uppermost stem nut is M24x1.5 on K1 and M28x1 on K5. That might translate into a different hole size in the upper clamp.

Another issue is the location of the ignition switch mounting boss. I think that this impacts on the functioning of the steering lock. The hole on the underside for the clip-ons is also different. I think K1 is threaded while K5 is unthreaded oval.
