Hello guys, I had one problem, I changed recently my rectifier and stator (almost 6 months), I changed the rectifier to inside the air intake (airbox) (many forums say this is the best location to solve rectifier gsxr problem)
but now I had almost same problem again .. but just right now one overheating at my plugs .. anyone have some problems like this and what can I do?

Other question, maybe it`s problem because a battery (DURALAST GOLD) ??? if yes gimme a good battery recomendation!!

Welcome, bro!

First you should provide a strong secure contact at power supply wires such as wires between generator stator and rectifier/regulator. Poor contact making heat and melting a coupler or wires insulator as showed on your pics.

Also connect a voltmeter and measure voltage on battery at 3000 and 5000 revs. It should be 14-15v both case. If isnt so then rectifier/regulator should be replaced with new one again. Make shure you buy a good regulator/rectifier

Just cut off the connector and join the wires directly together. Soldering is best, a crimp connection may work.
