Hi guys
Im Working on a 750 k3
Issue is it burns stators, now this is apparently the third one in two years
Now it has a new one and new rectifier.

The loom gets quite hot, short to chassis?

Gotta ask - what stators have been fitted? Reputable/OEM or cheap and nasty?

Have you checked wiring between stator and battery? Are the wires flexible or brittle? All connections good with shiny pins in the connectors?

Hi it's jmp stator and a original rr
Just did some tests, the alternator works on Al three phases the rr doesn't load so that's one down, for now it has one of mine to keep testing
The yellow red cable is doing continuity to gnd that goes to engine block with ign on (ecu disconnected to avoid any sort of crap)

As soon I disconnect no continuity but if I set the key to off it does it again, is this normal? If not for me here is the reason shorting around
I have it with the charger atm and ign on and all lights to see where the loom is getting hot..bike has also led lights don't know if these can cause some sort of crap by them selves
