Hey everyone iv got a 2013 gsxr 750 that’s leaking around the water pump and when I turn the bike on it’s fine no codes but as soon as I start to ride it throws a f1 code temp around 120f but when I turn the bike off and turn it back on no code just when I start to take it around the block any thoughts obviously water pump needs replaced right. ?

I replaced the throttle body o rings to could that be it do you have to reset anything after the throttle body’s are off ?

What is leaking from your water pump? Oil or coolant?

Not to sure on how to pull the code, iv heard that it’ll mess with the ecu ? But the water pump is leaking oil.

Search "GSXR dealer mode" here or on youtube and it will walk you through how to get the code.

The more common reason for an oil leak in the area of the water pump is actually the O-ring that seals the pump to the case. It's an easy fix if you have some mechanical ability. Like the ECM, you can damage the engine if you are a klutz.

Possibly. Did you wait the required time before unplugging the IAC valve?
