I recently replaced the front tire on my 00 gsxr 600. Now i have to pump my front brakes 4 or 5 times to get them to work. Worked fine before changing the tire. I just slid the calipers off of the discs, and then back on. I tried bleeding the system, and that didn't work. Work well after 4 or 5 pumps, but is not very convenient. Can't see any leaks in the lines or calipers. Checked the discs with a straight edge, appear to be straight. Anyone got any ideas?

Like said above, bleed as many spots as you can, as many times as you can.......to ensure it's not air. I would take the caliper's off and check to see when you grap the brake if the piston's move out at all. They might be stuck which would mean a rebuild is in order.

If it wont pump any pressure, how do I bleed the air out?
