Hi
Just thought I would drop a quick line to introduce myself having just taken possesion of my new Gixxer 750 today....Wowwwwwww!!!!
I had been looking at trading in my Thundercat which was a marvelous and fulfilling bike and had been lusting after a new K4 Gixxer. I was a little worried about the loss of comfort and practicality of the all round Tcat....I didnt need to worry although I have only ridden it for a short while I am in love with it already.
First impressions are one of a bike that gives you so much confidence and just wants to be tipped into the corners with the throttle open to drive you out the other side. I am still running it in having only 2 miles on the clock when I picked it up today and it is hard trying to keep that right wrist restrained...I will say that the power even below 7000 rpm is a step up from my previous bikes and is refined and instant...I cant wait to:bounce:bounce open it up fully....only 328 miles to go now.......I can see its going to be an eventful and fun filled summer
I will get some pics up as soon as I can but I am having too much fun riding it to stop and take photos
