I recently wrecked my bike and in the process of putting it back together but I've come across that my fan won't kick on at the 220 mark. The bottom of the fan rubs the radiator a little so it doesn't spin as freely as it should but that shouldn't stop it from turning on. I dropped out the radiator and took the fan off and hooked it up to my back light(since everything is disassembled) it turns on soon as u turn the blinker on. Even when I spin it with my hand it spins a little funny like its bent a tad bit but still shouldn't stop it from turning on. I've also checked the fuse and it looks fine. I haven't done any voltmeter test or anything. I haven't seen any pinched wires or freyd wires. My temp gauges are working on the dash. Could my thermostat be causing the problem or possibly the cooling fan relay??
