I bought a tank guard pad and applied it to my new 2009 GSXR 1000. The problem is that some of the corners did not stick. What can I use to stick it to the tank. Obviously I won't use a glue nor use something that will wreck the paint. It needs to come off with Goo Gone.

The tank protector is mostly clear so I can see the dark maroon underneath. It looks great where it stuck properly.

u might try heating it with a hair dryer or heat gun. see if u can get the glue to loosen up a little
