I think all you would have to do is remove the calipers and take the pads out squeeze the pistons back in and put your new pads in reinstall calipers. Do a search for your manual dn load it and your in business. Should be a cake walk.

It will be somewhat the same as in the link, but your caliper will be setup different.
Just undo the 2 bolts that hold the calipers to the bike/mount, undo the small hex head bolt that keep the pads in place, the pads will probably fall out then. Put everything back how you took it off and put a little Loctite on the big bolts, tourqe them to spec and pump the break lever a few times to make sure they are grabbing. If they are not stopping the wheel go enough, you will need to bleed the break system.
