Hey Everyone I'm new to the site. I hope you can give me some advice. Heres the deal:

2006 GSXR 1000 2,000 miles on bike
Need to replace frame and swing arm

What is the easiest way to go about tearing it down and rebuilding?
Where should I start?
Do I need any special tools?

Help ME!
Thanks so much for your help.
I look forward to chatting with you all

You are in way over your head. Find a mechanic close by to help you. If you had a shop manual, you wouldn't have asked, so...
Most people could figure out how to take a bike apart. Slightly smarter people will keep track of how it came apart, and reverse it to rebuild the bike. But even the smartest wont know what to torque and how much.
get a manual for the bike. Read it front to back, and you should be able to do it. Any special tools will be listed.

It's a huge undertaking bro and if you are asking if you need special tools then you are probably in over your head. Plus, you need a service manual for all the torque specs for every bolt. Even the service manual (although good) won't tell you everything to actually tear down a bike.

Swingarm takes about 25-30min to swap out if you have a castle socket or know how to cheat without one.
