I thought i'd let you guys know since I've ordered about $2000 in accessories over the last month from ALOT of different websites, maybe all my problems and warning will save you from future problems...


It's been over 20 business days and they still haven't shipped my exhaust. DIRECT QUOTE "Your order will be shipped within
5-10 business days unless otherwise noted. "

They keep saying stupid excuses like "Your getting items from us at a discount so customers have to wait longer sometimes".. BS! Don't ever order from Hyperformance Parts unless you want to be strung along, lied to by their shipping times, told different things by their employees, and blown off in emails and on phone if they respond that is..

I ordered a taylormade exhaust on the 17th and still hasn't even shipped. BEWARE! Their site clearly says 5 to 10 business days for shipping, which is even long.. so I planned my bike accordingly, I thought Id have an exhaust shipped in 10 days max, and since I planned on their keeping up to their advertised times I've had a lot of difficulties.

I email them and call them, they've said we need the trim piece it will be here tomorrow and shipped out to you, i call two days later oh it will be shipped friday, i call a week later it will be shipped by the end of the week , todays the end of the week on the 3RD DEADLINE!! they've given me.


When I call they put me on hold, then just say whatever they can to get me off the phone, and they act very annoyed by my call. They ignore 75% of my emails but when they do respond its just delay tactics.


I would cancel my order and never look back but I think they'll hit me with a 20% restocking fee so I'm stuck.

Even if I ordered from taylormade themselves, had them ship it to where-ever hyperformance parts warehouse is, and have them ship the exhaust to me ID STILL have it faster >.<

Also competition accessories has had some problems with my order but before I judge them im waiting to their 2nd deadline they've given me.. Ill let you know how it goes but this is what happened so far, I ordered a visor from them and the website says its in stock 1-3 days until ship, I call 10 days later and it hasn't even shipped, they say it will go out on the 27th because its backordered... OK he checked the site and said yeah it shouldn't say that, Ok so the 28th I receive a shoei visor when I ordered a kbc visor.. I sent it back and he said the 28th is when my visor will be in stock.. so 2 months for a visor , and a buncha calls / shipping back an item etc

hey man thaks for the heads up with the comp. ass. (lol) i was ordering some stuff tomarrow from them but i think i might go elsewhere for it. i cant wait for 2 months on a part. in 2 months here in jersey warm weather will be over..... anyway thanks more poeple should do this and look out for others.:thumbup:

Yeah man I know,2 months of sun in my fucking eyes is getting old REAL fast.. atleast they've only messed up twice... hyperformance keeps telling me deadlines and they pass without anything happening.. grr!

Why did you not just order it straight from Taylormade and have it shipped directly to you? I did. Why go through a third party if you don't have to. But I know what you mean I hate to be jerked around just tell me the truth. I hate Liers and theives lowest things on earth.

sucks that your not getting your stuff man, I hate playing the "wait" game and hate playing the "get in contact and get some real answers" game even worse!!
I will say I have used Comp Accessories before and had a great experience from them... good luck man.

I have never had any problems with competition accessories. I have bought many things from them in the past including my Arai RX7 corsair and shield, gloves, jacket and Sidi boots. Granted, the ship time on the boots was two weeks as they were not in stock.

That sux bad.

But at least if we start a hate thread we may slowly get everybody some decent customer service. I hate the fact that everywhere I move to doesnt have good shit in stock and must resort to ordering shit by mail

Supposebly they have been replying to my emails but their not in my inbox or spam folder ..

Disregard my bashing of hyperformance parts until I write back here in a day or two


maybe it was just bad communication? I sent a whole bunch of emails , got 2 replies , they said theyve replied to all my emails but i don't see any replies...

no matter its been a month for shipping IF it arrives tomorrow, which is still pretty long :/

I take it you've paid by credit card, if so get on to your credit card company, and tell them the situation, and say you want your money back and then go direct.

call the debit or credit card co. you ordered it on and have them stop/reverse the charges?

we need to feedback and reviews like this, really helps keep the internetz cleaned up. my car forums had alot of shady sellers/ sellers with less than ideal customer service and a new forum area was added for sponsor/ private seller feedback for anyone that sold anything on the forum and it really outlined who had their stuff together and who didnt

Ordered From hyperformanceparts

I ordered a taylormade from hyperformaceparts.com It took a little while to get here I think the whole process took 2 /12 weeks to get it. I was readign above and the reason he ordered through Hyperformance parts was the same as me probaly they sell the taylormade exhasust as well as all thier stuff way cheaper than everyone else. Taylormades price for the same exhaust was 10% more than what I payed at Hyperformance:thumbup:
