So I finally had some time to give it a shot. I went to cycle gear and picked up some galfer pads and motul fluid and got to work.

Before:

after:

I need to do the back now....:)

I do have a few questions though.
The lever feels a bit softer now, I think I got all the air out. I did pick up a air bleeder to assist me but not sure if i did get it all out. Will it work its way out or should try again,:headshake that is no fun...I test drove it around the block and it stops, it justs feels different? maybe new pads?...

Part of it is the new pads. Pads need a few stops to conform to the rotors properly. There could also still be air in the lines.
Sorry for the newb-ish questions, but would the air in the lines find its way out? Or should I try again tomorrow?
I read somewhere about zip tieing the brake down over night, would that work?

I would definitely bleed the lines again, though, just to be safe.
