I don't know if this has been posted before but I want to see it anyway. I have a 05 1000 and thinking about powdercoating the wheels (blue) just want to see what everyone else has done with there colors and how they like the outcome.

the paint holds up pretty well....chipped a little bit when I changed my tires but I got some touch up paint and it looks brand new again..

Powder coat seems to be very durable, my buddies bike has a powder coated frame and swingarm, no readily visible cracks, chips, or scratches

Not all wheels can be power coated though. I've heard that Marchesini's should not be. Maybe that's just the mag ones though.
