you might be able to find a baffle off ebay then modify it.

i have a baffle for a jardine gp1 you could try out seeing as im also in the 909

They can also be bought from Harley Davidson stores. Most HDs have changable baffels that bolt in. Thats where I bought the one for my custom pipe.

thanks I will look in to it, trying to fiqure out how to make one but if I can pick one up maybe it would work.
