all I can say about these rubbers is wow!! I put them on
yesterday and rode today. they handle like a dream!! there
is no work to be done, the bike basically just falls into the
turn, I had pirelli diablos before and I won't have anything but
metzlers from now on. so if it's time for you to get some new
runners don't go Trojan, go metzler :thumbup:

Keep in mind that you are comparing new tires to worn out ones. I bet if you replaced the worn tires with new ones of the same brand and model, you would notice the same thing. I notice the same thing with Pilot Power buns. I replace them well before they technically wear out. The bike does not want to turn once the rear wears down from street riding.

If you're gonna go with Metzeler try the rennsport's in road compound.
Bit sharper profile than the M1's and stickier too, basically the same tyre as the Pirelli supercorsa's...
