I know, not a Gixxer.

But I'm sure most all of you would have appreciated this bike!

I was getting a free dealer car wash on our pilot and I saw this bike parked near there on the center stand.
I asked and the owner is an employee who was out on a transport.

This thing was clean as the day it rolled off the showroom floor! The swingarm side and chain were brand new clean too!

Well, this is a rather Iconic bike!

Has things such as:
- single sided swingarm
- V4 engine
- gear driven cams!
- Has 4 Valves per cylinder, BUT
Below 6K rpm, only 2 of them are used. Apparently also has some kind
of variable valve timing too!
It's a VFR 800 Intercepter

That'll be awesome!!

Speaking of TX flags, when I was in TX and raced/sailed Catamaran sailboats,
I had a Spinnaker (front most ballon type sail for going 'off' or downwind) custom made for it that was the 3 colors of the TX flag too!

I saw this bike again, another free dealer car wash on out old Pilot.

It's actually a '98, and a pic of the 'linked brake system' too! I'm sure you can figure it out.

I would like to have a VFR for a sport tourer, though I want the 2014. You can get brand new ones for like half of what MSRP was. Great bikes, they just didn't sell.

I've never ridden one, I'd love to though!
