I bought a Mity Vac to bleed my brake lines vs doing it the manual way, I have a problem getting a seal on the bleed valve. I hook up the hose to the valve and I have tried using everything to get a seal, I pump the vacuum and it does not want to hold a seal. I don't want to open the valve if I don't have a perfect seal. So can anyone one tell me how they get a seal on the bleeder valve using a vacuum pump?

thanks

ty rap, is that similiar to a zip tie? what size hose do you use over the bleeder valve?
yeah thats a zip tie, use the hose not the black pieces they give youand shove it on good. also check the mity vac bleed cap and containor for leaks by pulling vacuum with your finger over the open end, i had a distorted cap on mine and it wouldn't seal to the containor. had to get a differnt cap. I preffer gravity bleeding followed by pressure bleeding myself. speed bleeders help to.
good luck guy!
