I have an 05' gsxr600, what can i do to get more hp out of it....?

What I did...

I did a full RS3 exhaust, PCIII, 520 chain conversion, and that made a huge difference. The guy that bolted the stuff on said the dyno will sometimes make a big difference too because we live in houston where it's a gazillion degrees with 90% humidity at sea level. He said for all we know the guy who made the map for those things might live in Colorado somewhere at 10,000 feet above sea level at 40 degrees and 30% humidity. That will make a big difference.
